Joanna Cummings of the e-Vermont Community Broadband Project talks with VPR's Mitch Wertlieb about the the project and how it is helping bring computer access and training to Vermont towns. Listen to the interview.

But even if a town does get the broadband it wants, do people in the community know how to get the most of out the technology?
