Getting There and Parking

Printer-friendly versionPDF version

The Summit is taking place in Judd Hall at Vermont Technical College, 124 Admin Drive, Randolph Center, VT 05061. Take I-89 to Exit 4. On the exit ramps, watch for signs to VTC, which will send you up the hill, away from the McDonald’s/Mobil Gas Station. Travel less than a mile to the intersection that brings you to campus and stay straight to enter the campus. There's plenty of parking in the VTC lots but some parking is a distance away, so get there early! Here's a link to the campus map (pdf) showing (in gray) where the parking lots are located. And here's a link to the google maps page.

Check-in opens at 8:00am in Judd Hall with coffee and pastries. The Summit will start promptly at 9:00. With over 400 people coming, we recommend that you come early to find parking and check-in. We encourage car pooling and use of public transportation if possible. Here are some transportation options:

  • CAR POOLS:
Use Go! Vermont’s Zimride carpool matching service to find or offer a ride to the Summit. To use the service, just click this link to go directly to the Summit carpooling page and then create an account (or login if you have one already). Once you’re in the system, you can see other riders’ profiles and find a match. If you've never used the service, here’s a short video that  shows how it works:

  • PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS:
Stage Coach offers the 89erNorth which connects commuters between Montpelier and Randolph, with morning stops at 2 downtown Montpelier locations and the VTC campus. The specific route information can be found at http://www.stagecoach-rides.org/89er-north.
